Job summary

TikTak is seeking a Revenue Growth Management Manager to lead pricing, revenue strategy, and analytics in a fast-growing mobility company in Turkey. You will own pricing across rental durations and vehicle classes, develop strategies balancing demand and margins, and guide campaigns with guardrails to maximize revenue.

You will collaborate with Growth, Marcom, Product, Finance, and Operations, leveraging A/B tests, elasticity and cohort analyses to inform decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Economics, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Statistics, or a related field.
• 7–10 years of experience in pricing, revenue management, product management, or analytics roles.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
• Experience with A/B testing, elasticity and cohort analysis, and performance monitoring.

Responsibilities

• Own TikTak's pricing architecture across rental durations, packages, and vehicle classes, and keep it coherent as the product changes.
• Develop and continuously refine pricing and revenue strategies, balancing customer demand, competitive position, and margin.
• Set the discount and promotion framework — depth, mechanics, and guardrails — so campaigns grow revenue instead of trading it away.
• Build the pricing case for new product and service launches, from market research through to the recommended price point.
• Run market research and competitive analysis and translate pricing trends into concrete moves for our portfolio.
• Lead pricing and revenue projects end to end, including the process and tooling changes that make them repeatable.
• Measure the effect of every pricing decision and report revenue, margin, mix, KPI, and competitor analyses to senior stakeholders.
• Partner with Growth, Marcom, Product, Finance, and Operations to keep pricing, campaigns, and fleet supply aligned.
