Qualifications

• Native or fluent Turkish and strong written and spoken English.
• Proven marketing experience in iGaming, sports betting or casino.
• Strong track record across acquisition and retention channels.
• Data-driven with analytics tools and KPI-driven decision making.
• Hands-on experience managing budgets and ROI measurement.
• Understanding of Turkish-speaking player behaviour and market landscape.
• Self-motivated, organised and effective in remote work environments.

Responsibilities

• Own and deliver the marketing strategy for Turkish-speaking audiences.
• Plan and run multi-channel acquisition campaigns across paid, social, SEO and affiliate.
• Drive retention and reactivation activity with the CRM team.
• Localise creative, messaging and promotions for cultural relevance and impact.
• Manage marketing budgets and optimise spend against ROI and player value.
• Track, analyse and report on campaign performance, KPIs and market trends.
• Monitor competitor activity and identify growth opportunities.
• Brief and manage agencies, freelancers and internal creative resources.
