Job summary

Workster is seeking a Turkish-speaking Business Development Manager for a fully remote role, focused on global B2B partnerships in the iGaming and Sportsbook space. You will identify opportunities, build a robust partner pipeline, and drive the complete sales cycle while engaging with international markets and key decision-makers.

You will promote a portfolio including iGaming, Sportsbook, and AI-powered technology solutions, collaborating with product, marketing, and technical teams to grow

Qualifications

• Fluency in Turkish and English.
• Proven experience in Business Development, Sales, or Commercial roles within iGaming and/or sportsbook.
• Strong understanding of the B2B iGaming ecosystem and platform solutions.
• Willingness to travel internationally to industry events and client meetings.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new B2B opportunities within iGaming and Sportsbook.
• Build and manage a pipeline of operators, platforms, aggregators, and partners.
• Drive end-to-end sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
• Present and promote Sportsbook, gaming, platform, and AI-powered solutions.
• Develop relationships with decision-makers across international markets.
• Collaborate with product, marketing, and technical teams to support growth.
• Maintain accurate sales forecasting and pipeline reporting.
• Meet and exceed revenue targets.
