Cambly is seeking a B2B Marketing Manager in Istanbul (Remote) to lead lead and demand generation for the Turkish market. You will design, execute, and measure integrated campaigns across content, social media, events, and ABM to drive qualified leads, pipeline, and revenue.

• Native Turkish speaker with full English proficiency.
• 5+ years of B2B marketing focused on lead and demand generation.
• Proven ability to develop yearly marketing plans and budgets.
• Deep understanding of the Turkish B2B landscape and verticals.
• Experience creating B2B content including blogs and case studies.
• Experience planning online and offline B2B events.
• Prior experience building or executing ABM programs.
• Entrepreneurial mindset in a fast-paced startup.

Responsibilities

• Integrated Campaign Ownership: Develop and execute integrated B2B demand generation campaigns across channels, focusing on MQLs and pipeline.
• Content Strategy & Creation: Manage content funnel, write blogs, and create case studies to support sales.
• Events & Field Marketing: Plan and measure online webinars and offline conferences to generate high-quality leads.
• ABM: Design and implement ABM strategies with Enterprise Sales to target key accounts.
• Social Media Management: Grow B2B LinkedIn presence and lead capture.
• Performance Tracking: Monitor and report on conversion rates, CPL, and pipeline contribution.
• Budget Management: Own the B2B marketing budget and maximize ROI.
• Sales Alignment: Collaborate with SDRs and AEs for lead quality and handoffs.
