Qualifications

• At least 4 years of B2B or e-commerce marketing experience with on-site ownership of conversion, messaging, lifecycle or emails.
• Ability to craft customer-centric copy grounded in research and feedback.
• Experience building lifecycle or email programs with measurable revenue/retention impact.
• Strong analytics and testing skills with interpretation and data-driven decisions.
• End-to-end ownership from strategy to optimization with minimal supervision.
• Excellent written English communications.

Responsibilities

• Own website structure, messaging, and conversion performance across product pages.
• Lead lifecycle marketing and design end-to-end customer journeys and campaigns.
• Develop clear product line positioning and messaging across channels.
• Plan, write, launch, and optimize lifecycle and marketing emails.
• Gather customer insights from calls and reviews to improve pages and messaging.
• Track metrics like conversions, repeat revenue, and CRM performance.
• Collaborate with executives and teams to align marketing with business goals.
