• Based in Turkey (Fully Remote within Turkey).
• 3–5 years in Ad Tech or Ad Monetisation in Turkey, with a focus on mobile gaming.
• Proven track record in Business Development and client acquisition in Turkey.

Responsabilités

• Actively identify, prospect, and convert high-potential mobile game studios and digital publisher accounts in Turkey.
• Execute a full-cycle sales strategy to pitch AI-driven ad monetisation and programmatic advertising solutions.
• Represent the company at industry events to build a top-of-funnel network and establish brand leadership.
• Meet or exceed annual New Business and Expansion Revenue targets in Turkey.
• Lead commercial negotiations and close contracts balancing client needs with profitability.
• Identify opportunities to expand existing client engagements with our offerings.
