Job summary

Omtera is seeking a Product Analytics Consultant & Customer Success Manager to own and grow our product analytics customer portfolio across international clients. You will collaborate with product, growth, data and executive teams to implement analytics platforms and deliver measurable business outcomes.

You will manage adoption, renewals and expansion opportunities while delivering insights, dashboards and strategic reviews that drive product and growth decisions. This is a 100% remote role.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in product analytics, digital analytics, customer success, consulting, growth, product management or related role.
• Hands-on Mixpanel experience strongly preferred, with familiarity in multiple analytics platforms.
• Ability to translate customer challenges into analytics strategy and practical actions.
• Excellent written and verbal English with strong presentation and stakeholder-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead onboarding and implementation of product analytics platforms, mainly Mixpanel.
• Design tracking plans, event structures, user properties and measurement frameworks.
• Build dashboards, reports, funnels, cohorts and retention analyses.
• Provide actionable insights and recommendations to product, growth and leadership teams.
• Deliver regular sessions, workshops and business reviews to demonstrate value.
