Job summary

Oximio is seeking an Executive Data Analyst for a fully remote role. You will deliver high-quality insights, dashboards, and performance reporting to senior leadership and the Board of Directors, translating complex data into clear, actionable intelligence.

You will design executive dashboards in Power BI and Excel, work with senior stakeholders, and ensure governance and confidentiality in all board-level reporting.

Qualifications

• College degree in a quantitative, analytical, or related discipline.
• Proven experience in a data analyst, business intelligence, or reporting-focused role.
• Experience producing executive-level dashboards, KPI reports, and insights.
• Experience working with senior leadership or Board-level stakeholders, with an understanding of executive reporting expectations.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
• Proven ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
• Experience in multinational or cross-functional environments is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain exec dashboards and reports.
• Extract, analyse, and interpret data from multiple sources.
• Produce monthly KPI, performance, and trend reports tailored for executive and board audiences.
• Translate complex data into clear visualisations, insights, and narrative summaries.
• Ensure consistency, accuracy, and integrity of data used in executive reporting.
• Support quarterly planning cycles through data analysis, forecasts, and performance reporting.
• Continuously improve reporting frameworks, metrics, and dashboards based on business needs.
• Work closely with senior leadership and Board members to understand reporting requirements and priorities.
• Prepare data-driven content for board packs and quarterly planning materials, ensuring clarity and relevance.
• Coordinate inputs from multiple stakeholders to support timely and accurate executive reporting.
• Ensure information presented to the Board meets governance, confidentiality, and quality standards.
• Provide support for board meetings and events where required, ensuring data and materials are available and accurate.
