Job summary

Toptal is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead AI-powered product initiatives on our remote platform. You will guide cross-functional teams of engineers, designers, and PMs, owning discovery through delivery, leveraging user research and data to inform decisions.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in a technical field.
5+ years of software product management.
Experience leading end-to-end AI-powered product features.
Strong data-driven decision making and user research.
Experience with agile development and distributed teams.

Responsibilities

Own and lead all aspects of an agile team delivering AI-driven capabilities.
Translate AI platform into customer-facing experiences.
Define scope of new product features and improvements.
Write and prioritize user stories; define acceptance criteria.
Collaborate with engineers, design, and other PMs to launch initiatives.
Analyze data and conduct research to inform direction.
Monitor progress, assess risks, communicate mitigation plans.
Launch features that deliver high business impact.
