Armut / HomeRun is a leading local services marketplace operating across multiple markets. We seek a proactive data-savvy analyst to derive insights from campaigns, manage dashboards, and support growth initiatives in international markets.

You’ll analyze large datasets, communicate results clearly, and assist in marketing tech implementations to optimize ROI and scale across Europe and beyond.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's/Master's degree from a top school in Engineering, Economics or Business
• Interest in data analysis to make business decisions
• Experience in simple SQL queries is a plus
• Career plan in marketing, product management or growth
• High level English proficiency
• Hunger for knowledge including new technologies and skills
• Courage to face ambiguity and uncertainty
• A self-starter mindset and can-do attitude

Responsibilities

• Create data driven insights about the impact of our performance marketing campaigns in different European markets
• Analyze large data sets, and design statistical analyses that continuously improve our marketing impact
• Maintain and improve marketing dashboards and analysis which are crucial for ROI optimization
• Learn the ideation and execution of technical product and marketing tool changes that drive growth for all international markets that we operate
• Communicate details, results and technical implementations across all stakeholders for marketing tech related projects
