Job description

We are currently hiring a Customer Analytics Executive on behalf of our client, an AI-driven technology company building next-generation retail decision platforms.

This role will join the Customer Intelligence team and focus on understanding customer needs, analyzing retail optimization processes, and delivering data-driven solutions that improve operational decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Analyze retail optimization processes and identify opportunities for operational improvement
• Evaluate analytical and operational requests coming from customers
• Produce data analysis, insights, and decision-support outputs
• Develop fast and practical solutions on the analytics layer using SQL and Python
• Translate customer needs into clear product requirements and collaborate closely with Product & Engineering teams
• Act as a bridge between customer, product, and technical teams
• Support the development of AI and agent-based products and capabilities
• Contribute to customer success through data-driven problem solving and continuous optimization

Requirements

• Strong knowledge of SQL and Python
• Experience in data analysis and analytical problem solving
• Ability to manage and optimize retail-related operational processes
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work cross-functionally with technical and non-technical teams
• Solution-oriented mindset with strong analytical thinking

Preferred Qualifications
