Job summary

Omtera is seeking a Product Analytics Consultant & Customer Success Manager to own and grow our product analytics customer portfolio. You will work directly with product, growth, data and executive teams, helping them implement analytics platforms successfully and generate actionable insights.

You will also manage the long-term customer relationship, including adoption, satisfaction, renewals and expansion opportunities.

Qualifications

3+ years in product analytics, digital analytics, or related roles with hands-on Mixpanel.
Experience with Amplitude, Contentsquare, Heap, GA4, Adobe Analytics or similar tools.
Strong knowledge of funnels, retention, activation, journeys, segmentation and churn.
Experience translating business challenges into analytics approaches for customers.
Excellent written and spoken English with strong presentation and stakeholder skills.

Responsibilities

Lead onboarding and implementation of product analytics platforms (Mixpanel).
Design tracking plans, events, properties and measurement frameworks.
Build dashboards, reports, funnels, cohorts and retention analyses.
Provide actionable insights to product, growth and leadership teams.
Deliver regular reviews and strategic presentations with customers.
Own customer relationship from onboarding to renewal and expansion.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Manage communications, expectations and follow-up actions with clients.
Support adoption and identify opportunities for upsell and cross-sell.
