easyApp is hiring a senior User Acquisition / Growth Marketing Manager to own paid growth across a portfolio of 5+ consumer AI subscription apps. You will run Meta, Google, TikTok and Apple Search Ads end to end, build web-to-app funnels, and own the P&L for each campaign.

This hands-on, individual-contributor role is fully remote within a small, fast-growing team. You’ll work directly with the founders and have real budget and real ownership from day one.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of mobile app marketing experience in non-gaming apps (this is not a gaming role).
• Experience at an app publisher or studio, ideally subscription-based consumer apps.
• Experience managing an annual paid media budget of $1M+.

Responsabilités

• Plan, launch and optimise paid campaigns on Meta, Google (UAC), TikTok and Apple Search Ads across 5+ apps.
• Own campaign strategy: geo and audience structure, budget allocation, bidding, scaling and kill rules.
• Own the P&L of campaign performance: spend, CAC, payback and ROAS targets per app and per channel.
• Build and manage web-to-app campaigns and flows, including quiz funnels, landing pages and web checkout.
• Own the creative testing structure: hypotheses, test design, graduation criteria and the reporting that tracks what wins.
• Work with the creative team on creative excellence: brief, review, and give sharp, data-backed feedback on every asset.
• Source, coach and mentor UGC creators so their content performs in paid
• Report weekly on performance against targets and call out what to scale, fix or stop
