Job summary

EverAI Limited is seeking a hands-on growth marketer to own one or two paid acquisition channels and drive scalable user growth. You will work directly with the CMO to optimize campaigns, test new channels (TikTok, Meta, Snapchat, ASA, native), and scale performance while managing CAC and ROAS targets.

You will also build and optimize landing pages, analyze CPA and retention, and develop SOPs to accelerate growth across international markets.

Qualifications

• 4–10+ years in performance marketing or user acquisition.
• Proven track record managing large-scale paid media budgets.
• Strong analytical skills with data-driven approach.
• Ability to write briefs and iterate fast on campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of paid acquisition channels (Meta, TikTok, Google).
• Build scalable acquisition funnels and run high-velocity testing loops.
• Monitor performance daily with GA4, Voluum, and internal dashboards.
• Collaborate with content and product teams to optimize landing pages.
