Job summary

AppNation is seeking a Marketing Manager to drive growth for our flagship AI-powered app in the highly competitive translation space. You will own performance marketing across Google, Apple Search Ads, Meta, and TikTok, while partnering with Product, Creative, and Data teams to run experiments and optimize campaigns for scalable user acquisition and retention.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience managing user acquisition campaigns for mobile apps across iOS and Android.
• Proven expertise with major UA platforms such as Google Ads, Apple Search Ads, Meta, and TikTok Ads.
• Hands-on experience with Apple Search Ads and/or ASO is strongly preferred.
• Strong understanding of mobile attribution, SKAN, and performance marketing principles.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify opportunities, and turn insights into growth decisions.
• Experience developing creative strategies and collaborating with design teams to improve ad performance.
• Strong ownership mindset with the ability to manage budgets, prioritize tasks, and scale multiple products.
• Fluent in English with strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel user acquisition campaigns across Google Ads, Apple Search Ads, Meta, TikTok, and other growth platforms.
• Drive Apple Search Ads performance and contribute to ASO efforts, aligning paid and organic strategies to maximize store visibility and conversion.
• Shape ad concepts and messaging together with the Creative team, defining hypotheses, and turning performance insights into actionable improvements.
• Analyze campaign performance using MMPs (AppsFlyer/Adjust), dashboards, and key metrics such as ROAS, LTV, and retention.
• Take ownership of the growth funnel, from install to subscription, optimizing for long-term revenue and monetization.
• Collaborate closely with Product teams to translate marketing insights into better user experiences and business outcomes.
• Build strong platform partnerships and explore new channels, strategies, and experiments to unlock scalable growth opportunities.
