Bold Yazılım, an Istanbul-based app studio building AI-powered consumer apps for the US market, is seeking a hands-on Growth Lead to own strategy, execution, and profitability. This is not a management role; you will directly drive growth and monetization across products.

You’ll run paid acquisition campaigns, optimize paywalls, analyze LTV/CAC, and automate workflows with AI. Strong English and entrepreneurial drive required.

• 4+ years of hands-on mobile growth or performance marketing experience.

What You’ll Own

• Strategy & Investment:Research the US market, analyze competitors, plan launches, and decide where marketing budgets should go.
• Paid Acquisition:Personally run Meta, TikTok, Google Ads & Apple Search Ads campaigns. Optimize for profitable growth.
• Creative Direction:Find winning hooks, write briefs, and drive production with our design & AI teams.
• Product & Monetization:Deeply analyze onboarding, paywalls, pricing, trials, and subscriptions. Propose precise UX improvements and run A/B tests.
• Data & Performance:Own attribution, funnels, CAC, ROAS, LTV, and unit economics. Know what to test, scale, or stop.
• AI & Automation:Use AI daily to automate workflows, accelerate research, creative production, and decision-making.

What We’re Looking For

• 4+ yearsof hands-on mobile growth or performance marketing experience.
• Experience launching multiple consumer apps from zero and growing several products simultaneously.
• Proven ability to scale apps profitably, not just acquire users.
• Strong expertise in paid acquisition, subscription monetization, paywall optimization, and attribution.
• AI-native:You actively use AI tools to work smarter, automate, and move faster.
• Entrepreneurial, analytical, proactive, and comfortable taking full ownership.
• Strong English.
