You will be a key point of contact for clients, providing professional, warm, concierge-level account assistance and ensuring smooth platform navigation.

In this role, you will handle client communications within the official workspace, maintain CRM notes with care, and monitor SLA performance while escalating issues per compliance rules.

Qualificações
