Responsibilities

• Client Communication: Provide professional, warm, accurate, and concise communication within Assetara workspace and approved tools.
• Concierge Support: Conduct scheduled client calls, review portfolio context, and assist clients with platform navigation.
• Queue & SLA Management: Prioritize unread threads, maintain SLA compliance, and proactively reach out to clients.
• CRM Administration: Keep client notes accurate, timely, and free of unnecessary personal data.
• Escalation & Compliance: Identify and escalate issues following compliance rules.
