Job summary

Assetara Limited is seeking a dedicated Client Relationship & Support Specialist to support clients remotely via the Assetara platform. You will be the primary contact, delivering concierge-level account assistance and guiding users through the platform.

Working from Istanbul District 7, you will manage client communications, CRM notes, and SLA compliance while upholding strict confidentiality and anti-fraud protocols.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional, warm, accurate, and concise communication exclusively within the official Assetara workspace and approved tools.
• Deliver scheduled client calls, review portfolio context in advance, and assist clients with platform navigation while strictly adhering to compliance limits.
• Maintain accurate, timely client notes within the CRM system and ensure confidentiality of data.
