Qualifications
- Several years of experience in technical customer support, ideally in second-level support.
- Good knowledge of Windows, macOS, iOS and Android.
- Strong understanding of IT security, IAM, 2FA/MFA, and directory services.
- Familiarity with networking tech (LAN/WLAN, TCP/IP, routers).
- Experience with structured troubleshooting, log analysis, remote-support tools.
Responsibilities
- Provide second-level technical support for digital banking services.
- Troubleshoot and resolve incidents affecting e-banking platforms.
- Manage incident and problem tickets with timely follow-up.
- Communicate with customers in German and French.
- Handle requests via phone, email, and remote access while following SLAs.
- Escalate complex issues to specialists as needed.
- Maintain accurate documentation of cases and investigations.
- Contribute to improving support processes and tools.
