Jobgether, on behalf of a partner company, seeks an IT Support Analyst – Application Operations in Turkey. You will join a dynamic IT operations team supporting critical banking applications, investigating incidents, identifying root causes, and implementing sustainable fixes to minimize disruptions.

You will monitor applications, collaborate with developers and vendors, and contribute to process automation and continuous service improvement.

Qualifikationen

Experience in IT application support or operations in enterprise/financial services.
Solid understanding of incident and problem management and ITSM processes.
Experience using IT service management and documentation tools (Jira/Confluence).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to troubleshoot complex application issues.

Aufgaben

Analyze recurring IT incidents, identify root causes, and implement corrective measures.
Troubleshoot application errors in test environments with developers and vendors.
Monitor banking applications and IT systems, seek automation opportunities.
Configure and administer banking applications (OpenLease) per business requirements.
Provide 1st/2nd line application support and participate in major incident management.
Process user access requests following security policies.
Document investigations, workarounds, and resolutions; maintain knowledge base.
