Job summary

Anadolu Isuzu, a leading automotive company, seeks a Regional Sales Executive to manage our dealer network, drive commercial vehicle sales, and contribute to market strategies across the region. You will coordinate dealer activities, forecast sales, and align with internal teams to maximize growth.

The role requires a solid background in sales, dealer management, and strong English skills, with willingness to travel domestically and internationally.

Qualifications

• Graduate from Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, or related departments.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Advanced English proficiency and MS Office proficiency.
• Knowledge of dealer management is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate, supervise, and report dealer sales activities within dealer management.
• Lead, coach, and develop Area Sales Representatives by setting objectives and monitoring performance.
• Work with dealers to prepare periodic sales forecasts and ensure achievement of targets.
• Prepare annual sales plans and update based on market conditions.
• Contribute to market share targets by developing sales strategies and pricing policies.
• Regularly visit dealers and customers and prepare visit reports.
• Support dealers in fleet sales opportunities and strengthen key customer relationships.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to execute sales strategies and dealer operations.
• Contribute to projects that improve dealer performance and sustainable growth.
