Job summary

Anadolu Group is seeking a Field Support Supervisor to coordinate field operations across the dealer network, monitor performance, and implement sales initiatives. You will travel to dealers, review processes, and help improve sales effectiveness within the Istanbul (Anadolu) region.

The role requires 5+ years in dealer networks or field sales operations, strong analytical and communication skills, and proficiency in Excel/PowerPoint; English proficiency is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in business, economics, marketing, or related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in dealer networks or field sales operations preferred.
• Experience in field sales operations, dealer management, or sales operations preferred.
• Knowledge of sales processes, dealer performance management, and sales target monitoring.
• Strong analytical thinking, data analysis and reporting skills.
• Strong planning, organizational, coordination and follow-up skills.
• Excellent communication and relationship management, with stakeholders.
• Good command of English.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate field activities across the dealer network in line with sales strategies, targets and policies.
• Conduct regular field visits to authorized dealers to review sales activities and processes.
• Monitor dealer sales targets, actual results and performance indicators; analyze deviations and propose improvements.
• Identify operational issues faced by dealers and coordinate with internal departments for resolution.
• Develop action plans to improve dealer sales performance and monitor results.
• Support dealers in complying with sales policies, campaigns and operational standards.
• Coordinate with departments to ensure new model launches and campaigns are communicated and implemented.
• Identify training needs of dealer sales teams and contribute to field support activities.
• Monitor market conditions, industry developments and competitor activities to identify opportunities.
• Evaluate dealer feedback and follow-up on resolutions.
• Participate in projects to improve sales processes and dealer efficiency.
• Analyze data on sales and dealer performance; prepare regular reports for Sales Management.
• Share best practices across the dealer network and standardize processes.
• Provide management with feedback on market conditions and competition.
