Job summary

Toyota Turkey Marketing and Sales Inc. seeks a LCV Sales Region Manager to lead field sales operations, improve dealer performance and steer the sales strategy for light commercial vehicles across regions.

The role requires a degree in Engineering, Business Administration or Economics, 3+ years in automotive dealer management and fluent English, with strong negotiation and coordination skills to drive results.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration or Economics.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in automotive industry, especially dealer management and LCV sales.
• Excellent command of written and spoken English.
• Excellent negotiations, communications and collaboration skills; strong sense of responsibility and result oriented.
• Extensive MS Office (esp. MS Excel) experience.

Responsibilities

• Implement Toyota Turkey’s commercial vehicle sales strategy in the field and improve dealer performance.
• Coordinate between dealers and TTMS teams to drive sustainable sales growth.
• Analyze sales potential across logistics, construction, distribution, retail and SME segments.
• Conduct regular dealer visits to review KPIs, sales funnel and action plans.
• Monitor dealer stock, quotations and customer conversion rates.
