Job summary

Anadolu Isuzu ailesinin bir üyesi olarak Uluslararası Servis Görevlisi pozisyonu için başvuran adaylar, küresel servis ağını yönlendirecek ve bölgeler arası müşteri memnuniyetini artıracak şekilde görev alacaklardır.

Çalışma sahası, distribütörlerle yakın iş birliği ve uluslararası pazarlarda operasyonları kapsar. Mühendislik kökenli adaylar için önemli ölçüde sahada deneyim ve İngilizce yetkinlik beklenmektedir.

Qualifications

• İlgili mühendislik bölümünden mezuniyet gereklidir.
• Otomotiv sektöründe tecrübe avantaj sağlar.
• Güçlü iletişim ve takım çalışması becerileri beklenir.

Responsibilities

• Takımı ve bölgeyi etkili şekilde yönetin.
• Distribütör faaliyetlerinin sahada denetimini yapın ve iyileştirme aksiyonları planlayın.
• Distribütör garanti raporlarını inceleyin ve teknik konuları koordineli şekilde çözün.
• Teknik konuları distribütörlerden gelen bildirimlerle analiz edin ve uzaktan destek verin, gerektiğinde sahada müdahalede bulunun.
• AIOS standartlarını bölgenizde uygulayın ve paydaşlarla iletişimi güçlendirin.
• Gerekli aralıklarla saha ziyaretleri yapın ve ilgili departmanlara geri bildirim sağlayın.
• İhale belgelerini inceleyin ve maliyet hesapları ile risk değerlendirmesi yapın.

If you also:

• Are a graduate of relevant engineering departments
• Have experience in the automotive industry
• Have experience in team management and can effectively lead people
• Can collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
• Have advanced English proficiency (a second foreign language is an advantage)
• Are proficient in MS Office programs, especially Excel
• Hold a valid driver’s license and actively drive
• Have no restrictions for frequent travel
• Are result-oriented with a strong sense of ownership
• Have strong analytical thinking and communication skills, and are a team player

What will you do when you join us?

• Manage your team and region effectively, ensuring strong collaboration with colleagues and internal stakeholders,
• Conduct on-site supervision of distributor activities, monitor after-sales product performance, and plan improvement actions,
• Review and follow up on distributor warranty reports,
• Analyze technical issues reported by distributors, coordinate remote support with technical teams, and perform on-site interventions when necessary,
• Ensure effective communication between distributors and AIOS,
• Implement and maintain AIOS standards across distributors in your responsible regions,
• Perform regular field visits and share feedback and insights with relevant departments,
• Review tender documents, and perform cost calculations and risk assessments,
