Job summary

METTLER TOLEDO is seeking a Service Sales Manager in Turkey to lead the Service Sales Team, drive daily operations, and deliver training and coaching programs. You will grow the Service team, manage spare parts stock and warranty, and shape the country service sales strategy to meet and exceed targets.

Collaborate with Service Teams and Business Areas to ensure top customer satisfaction. The role reports to the Service Business Area Manager and focuses on expanding the Service Sales channel

Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations of the Service Sales Team.
• Develop and deliver coaching and training programs.
• Drive growth, engagement, and development of the service team.
• Oversee spare parts stock and warranty management for equipment.
• Define the country service sales strategy and align it with company objectives.
