Job summary

Siemens is seeking a Regional Account Sales Manager for the Akdeniz Region (Antalya, Denizli, Isparta, Burdur). You will generate leads, manage accounts, and represent Siemens EP portfolio—focusing on low voltage and control products—while building strong customer relationships and driving targets.

You will define value propositions, visit clients regularly, and coordinate with internal teams to align strategies and report performance.

Qualifications

• University degree in Electrical Engineering or Electrical and Electronic Engineering.
• 4+ years of sales experience in related area.
• Fluent in English (speaking and writing).
• Strong MS Office skills.
• Result-oriented with analytical thinking.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in managing the opportunity pipeline and accounts.
• Knowledge of low voltage products and technologies.
• Ability to define goals, develop strategies, and review progress.
• Willingness to visit client locations regularly.

Responsibilities

• Generate leads and business opportunities from Local Panel Builders, OEMs, and Electrical Contractors in the assigned region.
• Achieve personal sales targets for Electrical Products.
• Act as the technical and commercial face of Siemens EP portfolio (mainly low voltage and control products).
• Define customer value propositions and ensure customer satisfaction through regular visits.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
• Manage the sales pipeline, prepare offers, negotiate, and close deals.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align on strategies and report sales performance.
