Job summary

Yokogawa Turkey is seeking an experienced EPC Account Manager to drive industrial automation projects for EPC customers in Izmir and Istanbul. You will act as lead contact, build relationships, and negotiate contracts to maximize profits while coordinating with internal teams.

The role requires a degree in Electrical/Electronics or related field, 5+ years in system and solution selling (DCS/ESD/DES), strong CRM/MS Office skills, and fluency in Turkish and English.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Electronics or related field.
• Min. 5 years in system and solution selling as Sales Account Manager (DCS/ESD/DES).
• Strong network in target markets preferred.
• Ability to communicate, present and influence stakeholders up to C-level.
• Proficient in CRM software and MS Office (Excel).
• Experience delivering client-focused solutions to customer needs.
• Proactive hunter with ability to motivate internal team.
• Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Turkish native speaker; fluent in English.
• Male candidates: completion of Military Service.

Responsibilities

• Active sales of Industrial Automation projects for EPC Customers.
• Lead point of contact for all account management matters.
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
• Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits.
• Develop trusted advisor relationships with accounts and executive sponsors.
• Ensure timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs.
• Communicate progress of initiatives to internal and external stakeholders.
• Develop new business with existing and prospect EPC customers and identify opportunities.
• Forecast and track account metrics and prepare status reports.
• Collaborate with sales team to grow opportunities within territory.
• Assist with challenging client requests or escalations as needed.
