Job summary

Siemens seeks a Regional Account Sales Manager for the Akdeniz Region (Antalya, Denizli, Isparta, Burdur). You will lead local sales of electrical products, generate opportunities, and act as the technical and commercial face of the Siemens EP portfolio.

You will visit clients regularly, define value propositions, build relationships, manage the pipeline, prepare offers, and close deals while collaborating with internal teams.

Qualifications

• University degree in Electrical Engineering or Electrical and Electronic Engineering.
• 4+ years of sales experience in related area.
• Fluent English (speaking and writing).
• Advanced MS Office skills.
• Strong analytical thinking with result orientation.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Understanding of low voltage product market and technologies.
• Experience managing opportunity pipelines and closing deals.

Responsibilities

• Generate leads and opportunities from Local Panel Builders, OEMs, and Electrical Contractors in Antalya, Denizli, Isparta, Burdur.
• Achieve personal sales targets for Electrical Products.
• Serve as the technical and commercial face of Siemens EP portfolio (low voltage and control products).
• Define value propositions and ensure customer satisfaction through regular visits.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
• Manage the sales pipeline, prepare offers, negotiate, and close deals.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align on strategies and report sales performance.
