Job summary

Siemens seeks a Regional Account Sales Manager for the Akdeniz region (Antalya, Denizli, Isparta, Burdur). You will generate leads, manage the sales pipeline, and close deals for Electrical Products, acting as the technical and commercial face of the Siemens EP portfolio.

You will build strong customer relationships, define value propositions, and collaborate with internal teams to meet targets. Fluency in English and MS Office proficiency are required.

Qualifications

• University degree in Electrical Engineering or Electrical and Electronic Engineering.
• 4+ years of sales experience in the related area.
• Fluent in English (speaking and writing).
• Advanced MS Office skills.
• Result-oriented with strong analytical thinking.
• Team player with customer focus and good interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of low voltage product & system market and technologies.
• Ability to define goals for expanding and nurturing accounts and to develop strategies and reviews.

Responsibilities

• Generate leads and opportunities from Local Panel Builders, OEMs, and Electrical Contractors in Antalya, Denizli, Isparta, Burdur.
• Achieve personal sales targets for Electrical Products.
• Act as the technical and commercial face of Siemens EP portfolio (low voltage and control products).
• Define customer value propositions and ensure satisfaction through regular visits.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
• Manage the sales pipeline, prepare offers, negotiate, and close deals.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align on strategies and report sales performance.
