Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• 1–3 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in production environments.
• Good command of English.
• Strong communication, organizational and project-management skills.
• Experience with HR systems (e.g., SuccessFactors) is a plus.
• Analytical mindset and adaptability to a dynamic work environment.
