Job summary

Mod Offshore is seeking a Recruitment Specialist in Çaycuma, Türkiye, to coordinate offshore recruitment across EPC and Oil & Gas projects. You will partner with clients and candidates to fulfill hiring needs, support workforce planning, and manage onboarding and documentation as required.

You will work with an international team in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, developing talent pipelines and contributing to project success while upholding industry standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in recruitment within Offshore, Oil & Gas, Maritime, or Energy sectors.
• Familiarity with offshore workforce structures and rotational positions.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Good command of English.
• International recruitment exposure is an advantage.

We are looking for Recruitment Specialist who is experienced on EPC and Oil&Gas sector, eager to learn offshore sector and capable to work in a fast and dynamic environment with local and international team in Çaycuma, Zonguldak.
