Job summary

3C Metal invites engineers to join our Projects Team in Türkiye, delivering turnkey energy and industrial infrastructure projects with global reach. Based in Istanbul, you will support engineering execution, planning, procurement and site coordination.

We seek candidates with 2–5 years in project execution within oil and gas, strong welding and fabrication knowledge, and the ability to coordinate multi‑disciplinary teams.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in engineering project execution, preferably in oil and gas.
• Familiarity with high-pressure piping systems and steel fabrication.
• Knowledge of welding standards such as ASME B31.3, API, ASME IX, AWS D1.1.

Responsibilities

• Participating in project kick-off meetings and technical surveys (onshore/offshore)
• Preparing bids and client offers, including estimation and supplier coordination
• Supporting project execution through planning, scheduling, and client follow-up
• Coordinating engineering deliverables and ensuring timely drawing issuance
• Managing procurement, prefabrication, and logistics in line with project needs
• Overseeing installation phases, including team mobilization and site support
• Leading project close-out activities, including profitability analysis and documentation
