We are looking for an experienced “Recruitment & Talent Management Specialist” to join our team.
In this role, the successful candidate will be responsible for managing recruitment and talent acquisition processes, while actively contributing to talent management, employee experience and employer branding initiatives, as well as HR projects, process improvement and reporting activities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; preferably a master’s degree in Human Resources or a related discipline,
- At least 3 years of Human Resources experience, particularly in recruitment and talent management,
- Knowledge of competency-based interviews, talent management, succession planning, assessment center practices, employer branding and employee engagement,
- Strong communication, collaboration, stakeholder management and presentation skills,
- Strong project and process management capabilities,
- Interest in AI-powered recruitment and assessment tools, with the ability to use digital HR systems effectively,
- Experience with ERP systems,
- Strong data analysis and reporting skills, with a data-driven mindset,
- Proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly Excel,
- Good command of written and spoken English.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with business unit managers to identify recruitment needs and conduct job and position analyses,
- Develop alternative candidate-sourcing channels and build sustainable talent pools through career platforms, social media and professional networks,
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for Head Office and white-collar positions, including competency-based interviews and assessment practices,
- Monitor the candidate experience and design initiatives to improve it throughout the recruitment process,
- Actively contribute to talent management projects and practices, including 9-Box, succession planning, career planning and assessment tools,
- Contribute to employee experience and engagement initiatives as part of employer branding activities,
- Coordinate, monitor and improve recruitment activities across regional directorates,Support the implementation of career planning, promotion and appointment processes,
- Actively participate in projects and initiatives aimed at improving recruitment and talent management processes,
- Analyze key HR and recruitment metrics, prepare regular reports and recommend actions for identified areas of improvement.
