Job summary

TEI - TUSAŞ Engine Industries, Inc. in Eskişehir seeks a procurement professional to manage requisitions, orders, and supplier relations. You will ensure timely deliveries, resolve quality issues, and coordinate across departments for smooth operations.

The role requires a degree in engineering disciplines, 2–4 years procurement experience, and strong English communication. Relocation to Eskişehir is expected, with opportunities for growth and learning.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Materials, Industrial, Aerospace or Electrical/Electronics engineering.
• 2–4 years of procurement experience is preferred.
• Experience with SAP ERP or similar ERP; S4 Hana is an asset.
• Certified associate program management (PMI/CPP/CPPM) is a plus.
• No travel restrictions; willing to travel nationally and internationally.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications.
• Strong written and verbal English communication.
• Team player with collaboration mindset.
• Ability to manage stakeholders with strong communication.
• Goal- and results-oriented, disciplined.
• Commitment to continuous learning and development.
• Adaptability with high emotional resilience.
• Residence in Eskişehir or willingness to relocate.

Responsibilities

• Process timely requisitions (RFI-RFQ) and purchase orders for consumables and COTS.
• Track orders, ensure on-time deliveries, resolve quality issues.
• Coordinate with quality, materials planning, R&D, and process teams on delivery.
• Develop relationships with suppliers and measure performance on quality, delivery, service.
• Communicate with suppliers daily and organize meetings to resolve issues.
• Collaborate with planning, finance, contracts, sales and logistics to prevent issues.
• Contact suppliers for non-quality, missing or damaged material or service issues.
• Source for alternative suppliers for domestic and OEM projects.

What Do We Expect From You?

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited universities in disciplines of Mechanical Engineering , Material & Metallurgical Engineering , Industrial Engineering, Aerospace-Aeronautical Engineering, Electrical and Electronics Engineering,
• Preferably 2 - 4 years’ experience of procurement bases,
• Experience in SAP ERP (or similar ERP programs), S4 Hana (asset),
• Certified associate program management certifications (PMI, CPP, CPPM) are asset,
• No travel restrictions (national & International),

• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English,

• Processing timely requisitions (RFI-RFQ) and purchase orders for consumable parts / COTS products .
• Tracking orders, ensuring on-time deliveries, solving on time quality issues,
• Working with quality, material planning, R&D and process departments upon delivery to ensure orders are filled correctly and that goods meet specifications,
• Developing strong relationships with key suppliers and measure supplier’s performance based on quality, delivery, service level and like similar KPI’s,
• Communicating with supplier’s daily and organizing meetings and projects as needed to resolve supply issues or developing and finalizing any on-going projects to resolve supply issues,
• Working with other internal departments like planning, finance, contracts, sales and logistics to prevent or solve any issues and concerns,
• Contact with suppliers in case of non-quality/missing/damaged material or service issues,
• Sourcing for alternative sources for DOMESTIC and OEM projects.
