Job summary

AVL Research & Engineering Türkiye in Istanbul is seeking a Project Assistant to support the Project Manager across the full project lifecycle, from setup to close. You will help organize documentation, cost tracking, and travel arrangements.

You should have at least 1 year of experience, fluent English, and proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with SAP and SharePoint is a plus. This is a permanent, on-site role based in Istanbul.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of professional experience.
• Good command of English in speaking and writing.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications.
• Willingness and motivation to use SAP and SharePoint.

Responsibilities

• Supports the Project Manager in organizational tasks during the whole project, including setting up the project handbook and project environment, reviewing the project plan, and processing chargeable expenses.
• Ensures database quality in terms of invoices and cost monitoring.
• Supports monitoring and tracking of project data, budget, and quality.
• Organizes and coordinates travel and cost reimbursement.
• Handles intercompany purchase orders.
