Job summary

AVL Research and Engineering Türkiye is seeking a capable Project Assistant to support the Project Manager across entire projects in Istanbul. You will set up project handbooks, ensure invoice and cost data quality, monitor budgets, coordinate travel, handle intercompany purchase orders, and assist with data tracking using SAP/SharePoint.

Responsibilities

• Supports the Project Manager in organizational tasks during the whole project.
• Sets-up project handbook.
• Ensures database quality in terms of invoices, cost monitoring.
• Supports the Project Manager in monitoring & tracking project data/budget/quality.
• Organizes & coordinates travel, takes care of cost reimbursement.
• Handles intercompany purchase orders.
