Aras Kargo is seeking a Senior Project Management Specialist to guide cross‑functional project teams and support transformation initiatives across Türkiye. You will design, plan, implement and monitor programs, delivering executive‑level updates and ensuring on‑time, on‑budget delivery.

The role requires 3+ years in business development or PMO, strong communication, and fluent English, plus advanced Excel and ideally MS Project.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of business development and/or PMO experience.
• Excellent knowledge of project management tools and methodologies.
• Project management certification is a plus.
• Experience designing and reporting company-wide projects and teams.
• Strong written and verbal communication; ability to present at executive level.
• Advanced time management, planning, problem solving and budgeting.
• Advanced MS Excel; MS Project a plus.
• Fluent in English.

The “Senior Project Management Specialist”, reporting to the Director of Business Development, will be responsible for developing and delivering guidance, providing implementation support, advice, facilitation and training to project teams in the company, to support the adequate design, planning, implementation, monitoring and closure of projects, thereby contributing towards the successful transformation and change management processes/projects of the company.

Key Qualifications:

• 3+ years of business development and/or project/change management (PMO) experience
• Excellent knowledge and understanding of project management tools and metadologies
• Project management certification will be a plus
• Expertise in designing, following, guiding, and reporting company-wide projects and teams
• Exceptional communication skills (both written and verbal); ability to develop executive level reports and presentations, with change/project management expertise to perform in non-hierarchical multifunctional teams
• Advanced time management, planning, problem solving, and budgeting skills
• Advanced level of MS Excel (MS Project experience will be a plus)
• Fluent in verbal and written English

Main Responsibilities:

• Analyze project needs and identify requirements
• Manage and support the prioritization process of new project and development requests
• Work with the information technologies (IT) team in the preparation and tracking of the project plans, ensuring coordination between business and IT teams
• Create and manage project schedules and budgets, provide detailed progress, cost analysis and timetable reports
• Obtain regular updates from all project teams, analyze updates to identify potential problems/obstacles, schedule update meetings
• Monitor performance and status of projects
• Manage communication of projects, create and present visual/written presentations/reports regarding the project statuses
