Job summary

Mavi, a global lifestyle brand founded in Istanbul, seeks an International Budget and Reporting Assistant to join the Finance Department. You will support quarterly reporting, audits, monthly statements, and management reports for multiple countries.

The role involves assisting in budget planning, 5-year plans, variance analysis, and cross-country data coordination. Strong Excel skills and English proficiency are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics or related field.
• 0–2 years of experience in finance and audit (including internships).
• Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail.
• A team player with strong communication skills and English proficiency.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications, especially Excel.

Responsibilities

• Support quarterly financial reporting processes and regulatory reporting.
• Assist in coordinating audits with finance teams across countries.
• Contribute to monthly financial statements and management reports.
• Support budget preparation and 5-year country business plans.
• Assist in variance analysis between actuals and budget.
• Coordinate data collection and analysis with finance teams.
• Support regular reporting and improvement of financial data.
