Univenn is an AI-native startup studio building consumer mobile apps used by millions worldwide. You will join the AI App Studio and work across product, growth, creative, engineering, and data as one team to drive paid user acquisition.

You will manage campaigns across major networks, perform relentless testing, and leverage AI to automate repetitive tasks. The role offers growth as the product and team scale.

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience in performance marketing or UA.
• Experience managing paid campaigns for mobile apps or games.
• Familiarity with major ad networks (Meta, Google, TikTok).
• Knowledge of attribution and analytics tools (AppsFlyer/Adjust).
• Ability to analyze data and optimize campaigns for ROAS.

Responsibilities

• Run and optimize paid campaigns across Meta, Google Ads, TikTok, and Apple Search Ads.
• Conduct A/B tests on creatives, audiences, and placements.
• Monitor metrics: LTV, CPI, CPA, CTR, retention, and report findings.
• Own reporting cadence: daily, weekly, monthly with actionable next steps.
• Collaborate with creative team to produce high-performing ad content.
• Utilize MMPs and analytics to drive growth opportunities and decisions.
