Job summary

SevenApps in Istanbul is seeking a Senior User Acquisition Manager to own paid growth across our app portfolio. You will plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel campaigns, focusing on scalable performance and measurable ROI.

You will collaborate with product and design teams to inform creative strategy and drive user retention and LTV. You'll lead a small UA team, mentor colleagues, and present insights to leadership.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in performance marketing / user acquisition in mobile apps.
• Proven track record managing significant monthly ad budgets and growth.
• Strong hands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads.
• Experience with attribution and reporting tools such as AppsFlyer, Adjust, or similar platforms.
• Deep understanding of product metrics: retention, LTV, cohort analysis.
• Solid A/B testing and conversion rate optimization experience.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable strategy.
• Experience mentoring junior team members or leading small teams.

Responsibilities

• Own channel strategy and budget allocation across multiple digital channels and apps.
• Develop, execute, and continuously optimize user acquisition campaigns to hit ambitious growth targets.
• Lead A/B tests on creatives, funnels, and targeting — and turn results into repeatable playbooks.
• Define creative strategy and collaborate closely with the design team to produce high-performing ad creatives.
• Track user behavior and build reports to inform product and marketing decisions at the leadership level.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify and act on growth opportunities.
• Mentor junior UA team members and contribute to building team capabilities.
• Present performance insights, growth forecasts, and strategic recommendations to leadership.
