Job summary

Miboso, a wellbeing platform, is seeking a senior sales/partnerships lead to own growth through new partners, deepen relations, and create new revenue channels. You will handle outreach, onboarding, and relationship management, while shaping the company’s growth strategy with senior leadership.

You will build a partner ecosystem across individual experts to brands, close deals, and drive revenue in a fast-moving, hybrid work environment in Turkey. Fluent Turkish and English are required.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in sales, business development, or partnerships.
• Track record closing B2B or partnership deals, ideally sourced personally.
• Strong communication to build trust and listen effectively.
• Ability to manage long sales cycles and multi-stakeholder relationships.
• Experience with CRM tools and data-driven funnel management.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage a partner pipeline across experts, studios, centers, and brands.
• Lead end-to-end outreach and onboarding for partners.
• Maintain relationships with existing partners and co-create growth plans.
• Develop and close B2B partnerships and corporate opportunities.
• Explore new business models and channels from first contact to signed agreement.
• Connect partners with corporate projects to drive revenue for both sides.
• Track partner performance and drive improvements with cross-functional teams.
• Share field insights to shape product, marketing, and strategy.
• Help standardize onboarding, CRM, and sales processes.
