Job summary

sahibinden.com is seeking a market-minded professional to coordinate Marketing/CRM/B2B initiatives aimed at growing the 2nd hand marketplace. You will work on customer acquisition and retention, and drive partnerships for category growth.

In this role, you will collaborate with product, marketing, PR and customer relations teams to optimize growth, analyze customer journeys, and report on performance metrics to continuously improve results.

Qualifications

• 2+ years experience in a commercial role in online/tech business.
• Prior experience in business development, partnership management, field sales.
• Digital business background, ideally in e-commerce, or consumer online platform.
• Strong decision-making, prioritization, and articulation of high-impact initiatives.
• Strong problem-solving, teamwork, and customer orientation.
• Proven track record of planning and executing projects in a large organisation.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and implement Marketing/CRM/Campaign/Business development initiatives for 2nd hand marketplace growth.
• Drive new business development initiatives with third parties for category growth.
• Drive partnership plans, field visits, research marketing and product initiatives for B2C growth.
• Coordinate and execute marketing calendar and help to execute ATL, BTL marketing initiatives with relevant parties.
• Delivering, tracking, analysing and reporting on CRM/campaign performance with insights and recommendations.
• Collaborating with internal teams (product management, marcomm, PR, customer relations etc.) and external partners to optimize growth strategies.
• Analyzing the customer lifecycle to design and execute automated customer journeys for engagement, new sales & retention.
• Monitoring & reporting of key performance indicators.
• Monitoring market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and insights.
• Assisting in the execution of customer experience & complaint management initiatives to drive sustainable growth.
