Job summary

Taboola in İstanbul is seeking an Advertiser Sales Manager to lead direct branding and performance partnerships across Turkey. You’ll build a pipeline from scratch, pitch to senior marketers, and close deals with agencies and brands.

We want a native Turkish speaker with 3+ years in advertising sales, strong storytelling, and data-driven messaging. This is a full-time, on-site role with a hybrid-friendly culture and stock options.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in advertising sales focusing on direct marketers, brands or agencies.
• Exceptional Turkish and English written and oral communication.
• Proven ability to identify, engage and close senior-level decisions.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage a robust sales pipeline from scratch.
• Develop customer-led strategy with top brands and agencies in Turkey.
• Present Taboola's ads products and forecast new business
• Collaborate with team leads to hit revenue targets and manage client expectations.
