We are looking for a seasoned HR Business Partner who will work closely with business leaders to translate business priorities into people strategies. The role will play a key part in driving core HR processes, supporting workforce and organizational planning, and strengthening effective operating models.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Social Sciences (Psychology, Sociology, HR, Business Administration, or related fields preferred),
- At least 8 years of HR experience, ideally in a HR Business Partner role,
- Strong background in talent acquisition, training, talent management and performance management
- Solid understanding of HR processes,
- Advanced MS Office skills; SAP SuccessFactors experience is a plus,
- Fluent in English, written and spoken
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including workforce planning, coordination of recruitment activities, and conducting candidate interviews,
- Oversee onboarding and offboarding processes across all departments to ensure a consistent and positive employee experience,
- Execute and continuously improve core HR processes, including performance management and learning & development practices,
- Partner with business leaders and functional teams to evaluate business priorities, supporting the design of efficient organizational structures and operating models,
- Prepare, analyze, and present regular HR data reports, and ensure effective implementation of HR policies, procedures, and disciplinary processes in line with local labor legislation,
- Support the development and execution of employer branding initiatives and employee engagement programs,
- Contribute to internal and external HR communication activities, ensuring consistency of messaging and alignment with organizational culture
