The role requires 10+ years of experience in compensation/benefits, advanced Excel skills, and strong analytical abilities to drive innovative practices within budget constraints.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from a recognized university.
• Minimum 10 years in compensation, benefits, and reward management.
• Experience with evaluation methods like Hay or Mercer/Willis Towers Watson preferred.
• Proven experience in annual bonus and incentive processes.
• Experience in large-scale or multi-location organizations.
• Knowledge of digital tools and project management in compensation and benefits.
• Hands-on HR projects, process improvement, and digitalization.
• Experience in HR budgeting, automation, and system implementation.
• Advanced Excel and MS Office skills.
• Strong research, development, and analytical abilities.
• Strategic thinking with a systematic, planning-focused approach.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks proactively and with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop compensation and benefits systems aligned with corporate strategy.
• Collect salary survey data, analyze reports, interpret market data, develop policies.
• Develop and maintain compensation and benefits policies and processes.
• Prepare annual budgets for salary increases, bonuses, and benefits.
• Manage job grading and evaluation processes.
• Handle compensation for new hires and internal moves.
• Prepare and monitor the departmental budget.
• Present recommendations on best practices within constraints.
• Track market developments and implement innovative practices.
