Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree from relevant departments of universities,
- Minimum 10 years of experience in compensation, benefits, and reward management,
- Experience with job evaluation and compensation methodologies such as Hay or Mercer / Willis Towers Watson is preferred,
- Proven experience in annual bonus and incentive calculation processes,
- Experience in large-scale and/or multi-location organizations,
- Knowledge of digital tools, development initiatives, and project management in the field of compensation and benefits,
- Hands-on experience in HR projects, process improvement, and digitalization initiatives,
- Experience in HR process automation, system implementation, and/or transformation projects,
- Hands-on experience in HR budgeting processes,
- Proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly advanced-level Excel skills,
- Strong research, development, and analytical skills,
- Strong strategic thinking, systematic approach, and planning skills,
- Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively, with a proactive and detail-oriented approach.
Job Description
- Taking an active role in designing and developing compensation and benefits systems in line with corporate strategies,
- Managing data collection within salary surveys, analyzing survey reports, interpreting market data, and contributing to the development of compensation policies in line with business needs,
- Developing and maintaining policies, procedures, and processes related to compensation and benefits,
- Preparing annual salary increase, bonus, and benefits budgets,
- Managing job grading and job evaluation processes,
- Managing compensation processes related to new hires and internal career movements,
- Preparing and monitoring the annual departmental budget,
- Following best practices in compensation and benefits, assessing their applicability within the organization, and presenting recommendations to the manager,
- Monitoring current developments and trends in compensation and benefits, and designing and implementing innovative practices, projects, processes, and tools aligned with budgetary constraints and employee priorities.
