Job summary

Flormar, a global beauty brand born in Milan and now based in Istanbul, seeks an experienced Learning & Development leader. You will shape development programs, manage Flormar Academy and digital learning platforms, and drive talent and organizational development initiatives.

You will partner with training providers, oversee onboarding and engagement programs, and lead HR digital transformation efforts across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related field.
• Knowledge of L&D, talent, performance, and organizational development practices.
• Experience in digital transformation and AI adoption in HR is a plus.
• Innovative, collaborative, and solution-oriented approach.
• Proficiency in written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Conduct development needs analyses; plan the Development Catalog and competency-based training programs; manage Flormar Academy and digital platforms.
• Manage relationships with training partners; customize corporate learning content.
• Coordinate training participant processes and pre/post-training communications.
• Track learning analytics and measure development investments' effectiveness.
• Support holistic performance management: OKRs, 360 feedback, and learning.
• Lead internal communications to boost employee happiness and engagement.
• Plan and manage annual Employee Engagement Survey and onboarding improvements.
• Design end-to-end global onboarding; coordinate year-round orientation plans.
• Prepare launch and communications plans for HR processes and campaigns.
• Manage Flormar Careers and university event planning with branding agency.
• Lead digitalization and process improvements via AI to boost team efficiency.

What to Expect in This Role

Learning and Development Management

• Conduct development needs analyses in line with company strategy and organizational requirements; plan the Development Catalog and competency-based training programs under Flormar Academy; and manage digital learning platforms such as Flormar Campus and Udemy Business.
• Manage relationships with training partners and oversee the customization of corporate learning content.
• Manage training participant processes and coordinate pre- and post-training communications with participants.
• Track learning analytics and measure the effectiveness of development investments.

Performance and Talent Management

• Support the management of all processes within the holistic performance management system, including OKRs, 360-degree feedback, and learning and development.

Employee Engagement and Employee Experience

• Lead internal communication initiatives that strengthen employee happiness and engagement, and plan and manage related events and projects.
• Manage the annual Employee Engagement Survey and projects aimed at improving the new employee experience.
• Design and manage the global onboarding program end to end; coordinate with departments throughout the year to plan and execute orientation schedules.
• Prepare launch, announcement, and communication plans for HR processes; manage communication activities for internal communication campaigns and employee experience projects.

Employer Branding Management

• Manage the Instagram FlormarCareers and LinkedIn Flormar accounts in collaboration with the employer branding agency; create the annual global strategy plan; enable potential talents to discover the Flormar world; and manage the monthly social media calendar and content plan together with the agency.
• Create and manage the annual plan for university events.

Digitalization, Process Improvement, and Transformation Management

• Lead digitalization and process improvement initiatives through AI tools to increase the efficiency of processes within the Organizational Development and Learning team, including dashboard and application development activities.
• Plan and execute employee communication and training processes related to digital transformation in coordination with the Digital team.
