Job summary

Syensqo SA in Istanbul, Turkey is hiring a Customer Service Representative (F/M/X) to manage end-to-end order processing using SAP, ensure on-time and in-full delivery, and resolve issues arising in logistics and invoicing.

The role requires strong SAP knowledge, 2+ years in B2B customer service, and excellent English communication. You will collaborate with Planning, Warehouse, Logistics, and Sales to optimize customer satisfaction and data accuracy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in business, supply chain, logistics, or similar.
• At least 2+ years in B2B customer service or order management (chemicals/ manufacturing a plus).
• Strong knowledge of SAP and English proficiency is mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end order management in SAP, including entry, confirmations, changes and cancellations.
• Coordinate with Planning, Warehouse/3PL, Logistics, and Sales to ensure OTIF delivery.
• Proactively inform customers about status, lead times, allocations, and changes.
• Handle delivery issues, coordinate claims with relevant teams.
• Support invoicing accuracy: pricing, Incoterms, ship-to, tax details.
• Maintain customer master data in SAP per internal controls.
• Monitor backlog and blocked orders; follow up with Finance/Sales for resolution.
• Prepare and share regular KPIs and operational reports (backlog, OTIF, claims).
• Ensure compliance with internal procedures and documentation retention.
