Job summary

Sensient Technologies Corporation in Gebze, Turkey, is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join the Customer Service Department. You will manage order-to-delivery communications, coordinate shipments across Sales, Production Planning, Logistics and Finance, and enter export/import orders.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree, 2–3 years of related experience, and fluency in Turkish and English. You will work onsite five days a week, with thorough onboarding and development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related departments.
• Minimum 2-3 years of related experience.
• Fluent Turkish and English (written and spoken).
• Strong problem-solving skills and good time management.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate customer communication throughout the order-to-delivery process by receiving orders via email, notifying relevant departments, monitoring production and delivery, and providing timely shipment updates to customers.
• Organize shipments by coordinating internal units and providing customer requirements to all relevant departments like Sales, Production Planning, Logistics and Finance.
• Enter the export and imported product orders.
• Ensure proforma invoice is approved by the customer, and keep customer master data up to date.
• All necessary export documents are provided on time, orders are processed within credit limits and logistics coordinated.
• Ensure that the planning function is carried out effectively with the sales and production units.
